Android games have evolved a lot and you have a lot of choices. Here are the best games available for Android right now.
Mobile gaming is improving much faster than any other technology that has hit the market before. It seems that Android games reach new heights every year. We're seeing more and more releases of high-end games that challenge mobile performance, and even free-to-play games just keep getting better. To be honest, this phone has some pretty impressive titles. Some of them even compete with console and computer games or are also available on PC and consoles along with mobile devices. Without further ado, here are the best Android games available right now! These are the best of the best so the list doesn't change often unless something great comes along.
Call of Duty: Mobile
Price: Free Game
Call of Duty: Mobile is our pick of the Best Android Games 2019. We usually wait a while before adding a game, but Call of Duty: Mobile is so popular with such high ratings that we'll be getting it sooner than usual. The game features normal FPS online PvP mode and royal battles for 100 players. This puts him in the rare category where he fights royal battles like PUBG Mobile, but also regular FPS-PvP like Critical Ops or Modern Combat. There are many things to do.
This is a free game, but most in-game purchases are cosmetic items. You can find some other great FPS games or some popular shooting games here if you want more options.
GRID Autosport
Price: $9.89
GRID Autosport launched in 2019 and instantly became one of the best racing games for Android. The Riptide GP and Asphalt franchises are also pretty good, but GRID Autosport hits almost every point. This is a top notch game with no in-app purchases or ads. The game also features great graphics, controls, hardware controller support, lots of game content, lots of auto unlocks and various racing styles.
The game is a bit pricey and lacks some of the things racing fans love, but is otherwise one of the best racing experiences on the Play Store. Our only complaint is the lack of updates. There is also a free demo version (Google Play) which lets you buy parts rather than the whole game. However, if you are planning to play it then the whole game should be considered. You can find more great racing games (including the popular Asphalt series) here.
Minecraft
Price: $6.99 with the-app purchases
Minecraft is a popular game all over the world for people of all ages. For those who have never played before, Minecraft puts you in a huge world where you dig things up, build things, defeat bad guys, and do pretty much anything you want. There's a survival play where you have to dig for your own resources and food, as well as a creative use that gives you unlimited everything. Frequent updates have added countless new content and functionality.
the game is almost on par with its computers and consoles. In fact, you can play on multiplayer servers with people on this platform. There are in-app purchases, but that's only for things like skin packs. Not only is this the best sand game for Android, it's also one of the best survival games out there.
Pokemon Go
Price: Free
Pokemon GO exploded on the mobile gaming scene in July 2016, instantly becoming the best Android game ever. It's an augmented reality game similar to Ingress where you go through the real world, catch Pokemon, do little side missions, fight gyms, and hit Pokestops to restock items. It broke almost every book record as the most popular mobile game in the world.
Fortunately, the game receives frequent updates with new features. Some of the newer features include an AR camera feature, new Pokemon, and a host of other clean stuff. Niantic also released Harry Potter: Wizards Unite, a Harry Potter AR game with similar mechanics. Both games stand alone at the top of the best augmented reality mobile games.
PUBG: New State
Price: Free
PUBG: New State has hit the mobile gaming world like a rock, racking up over ten million users in less than a month. It is a spiritual sequel to PUBG Mobile (Google Play). This version includes additional mechanics like evasion, slightly improved graphics, new vehicles, and more. The game takes place ten years after the events of the first game. It's basically the same general idea. You jump into a game with 99 other players and kill them until there's only one left. It's a bit rough because it's so new, but so is PUBG Mobile and it's been on this list for years.
Fortnite is another great option, but you'll have to skip a few tires to get it use. PUBG: New State starts November 2021, so this is another option for PUBG fans. Here are, of course, some other satisfying options for Battle Royale.
